STRATEGY

Our strategy is collective working. We provide platforms for collective advocacy by creating opportunities for vulnerable grassroots communities to work together on specific issues with more efficiency and effectiveness to achieve greater influence.

ACCOUNTABILITY

CORA is accountable to all its stakeholders (Donors, the Government, Partners, and the communities we serve). To ensure grants from our stakeholders are beneficial to marginalized villagers, we have in place policies to guarantee value for money audited accounts, annual reports, equal opportunity and child protection policies etc. We invite those who have the means to visit our project sites, and provide videos and photographs to our donors to showcase the positive contributions and impact they are making in the localities where we operate. CORA promotes the sharing of best practice across a broad range of areas, and provides comprehensive capacity building programmes to help build the professionalism of our staff and volunteers to ensure our work adhere to international standards.
