Acknowledging that health is wealth, goal three of the sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations talks of ensuring health lives and promoting wellbeing for all at all ages by 2030. This perception is as a result of the poor financial background of the rural inhabitants who live on hand-to-month basis. The rural health problems are a major obstacle to effective community development in all rural setups in Cameroon. Thus, CORA which is a charitable rural based organization works for the extension and amelioration of health services to the rural masses as a primordial pillar in their efforts to promote sustainable development.
